Measurement: War Needs It

Letting one nation take over the worl is not something anybody really wants which is why some wars like WW2 simply had to happen. Without measurement would it have been possible for us and many other people to have come out of a battle winning?

Tactics/ Planning

Well the first thing we need measurement for are of course the tactics of battle. Planning stages usually have around 3 or 4 major questions that need to be answered and a couple of them are, how many troops do they have, do we have enough firepower to rip them apart? Walking into a battle blind is what you would be doing if the generals had not carefully used measurement to plan the first wave of attack.
